MEN - CASCADE COLLEGIATE CONFERENCE

On a wild final week that saw teams make massive jumps up the table while others remained still, the result saw three teams tied for the final berth - Carroll, College of Idaho and Evergreen. With head-to-head still deadlocked, the second tiebreak of fewest goals allowed in conference went to the Geoducks, who qualified on the final day for the sixth consecutive year. Two days later College of Idaho was also added to the postseason as Providence, seeded fourth, withdrew from the tournament for 'internal issues' that prevented them from participating.

Friday

Multnomah 0-4 College of Idaho... The O'Learys were unstoppable on the day. Jack O'Leary set up the opening goal from Jhonier Caicedo six minutes in and in the second half set up his younger brother Tom in the 53d and 55th. Bekir Cinac (Boise, ID) scored the second goal on a through ball from Matthew Sammartino (Eagle, ID). Zac Dean (Meridian, ID) recorded the shutout with two saves.

Rocky Mountain 4-1 Northwest Christian... Jens Zimmerman (Billings, MT) nodded in a corner from Nolan Sherwood four minutes into the match. From there Marco Kummerle took over in the scoring department. He tallied via Pablo Ferreira in the 10th and after NCU got on the board restored the two goal margin with a 20 yard free kick in the 44th. He set up the final goal in the second half from Dominick Portnell (Belgrade, MT).

Walla Walla 0-6 Corban... Freddy Rodriguez (Hermiston, OR) set up the third of three Corban goals in the first half as the Warriors rolled to the win.

Oregon Tech 0-2 Northwest... The win for the Eagles proved to be just enough as the trio of teams they leapfrogged in the table all failed to earn points on the weekend.

Southern Oregon 2-0 Evergreen

Saturday

Providence 2-1 Carroll... Seamus Quinn gave the Argos the lead 20 minutes into the contest and held the advantage through the second half when the hosts rallied for the win. Fernando Gutierrez tied it up in the 69th via Leonardo Almeida and Ben Dagg found Santiago Morazzani for the winner in the 75th.

Warner Pacific 0-3 Eastern Oregon... Elvis Pacon scored the opening goal courtesy of Erik Mattice. The Mountaineers pulled away in the second half on a pair of goals from Alexander Zuluaga. Joaquin Bermejillo set up the first in the 58th and Pavon the second int he 66th. Max Rose made four saves for the shutout.

Oregon Tech 2-1 Evergreen... Tino Pantaleon (Wenatchee, WA) set up the opening goal for Evergreen, which would advance to the postseason via tiebreakers despite the loss.

Southern Oregon 3-1 Northwest

Sunday

Warner Pacific 3-5 College of Idaho... After falling behind two minutes in Cinac scored a quick reply to tie it up for the Yotes in the fourth minute, and later delivered a corner int he 18th that Enrique Sanchez headed home for the lead. Ahmet Huremovic (Meridian, ID) pushed the lead to two on a 20 yard free kick in the 32nd. WPC got on the board just before the break but Cinac pushed the lead to three, delivering a free kick in the 48th to Jack O'Leary and a ball to Adam Prskavec three minutes later, but the two wins on the weekend were not quite enough to make the cut due to tiebreakers.

Multnomah 0-9 Eastern Oregon... Micah Hill scored the opening two goals and Patrick Larsen the next two in a four goal first half. Four other players got on the board in the second half with Josh Ebel leading the contingent with two goals and an assist as Alex Gutierrez, Felipe Madero and Jack Rose tallied. Rose and Antonio Gracia split the shutout with Gracia making the lone save as the Mountaineers capped a huge weekend that vaulted them from 11th to sixth and a playoff spot.

Rocky Mountain 1-3 Corban... Trailing by two Finn Lane put the Bears on the board in the 33rd, but that was all they would find on the day in the battle of the top two for the regular season league championship, completing the team's first-ever unbeaten regular season campaign and earning a seventh consecutive NAIA berth.

Walla Walla 1-4 Northwest Christian... Emmett Semple (Corvallis, MT) scored the lone goal for WWU in the 51st.
