Pasco, last year's top 4A side out of the MCC, is off to a hot start with a 3-0 mark through Tuesday night's action. They opened things up with a 4-0 win at Kamiakin and edged Kennewick 2-1 in the second meeting. Last night in an early battle of unbeatens the Bulldogs won 3-1 on the road against Richland.
Last season's top 3A side, meanwhile, is off to a terrible start. Kamiakin is winless through three games so far.
Things are looking tight in the GNL with all four matches thus far through two matchdays decided by one goal or a shootout. Pullman is the only side to win both contests. The NEA, on the other hand, has been highlighted by high scoring affairs with the winning sides scoring at least three goals in their victories.
The GSL season should start off with a bang with two of the favorites, Central Valley and Lewis & Clark, squaring off at Joe Albi at 4:00.
