Jordan Allen – RSL Reserves
The RSL-Arizona Academy product came on early to relieve an injured fellow defender and helped keep the Galaxy Reserves off the board in a 1-0 shutout and nearly scored himself on a shot the keeper parried off the post Sunday.
Mike Azira – Charleston Battery
Scored both goals for the Battery, tallying once in each half in the shutout victory against the Pittsburgh Riverhounds Saturday
Dom Dwyer – Orlando City
Tallied the club’s second and fourth goals in an 4-0 romp against visiting Dayton Saturday and had three goals on the week with the opening tally in a 1-1 draw at Charlotte on Tuesday.
Yann Ekra – Harrisburg City Islanders
Set up the opening goal and then struck for the game-winner in the 66th minute en route to a 5-1 victory against Rochester Rhinos Saturday.
Lance Laing – FC Edmonton
Constant presence for the Eddies versus Vancouver in the first leg of the Amway Canadian Championship Wednesday and provided the corner that gave the hosts the 2-1 lead before ultimately falling 3-2. He also helped lead the club to its first win of the season Sunday in a 1-0 decision against visiting San Antonio.
