Tuesday, September 4

Northwest 4-1 Central Washington :: The Wildcats found themselves trailing quickly on a pair of goals from Katie Michkiosky (Wenatchee, WA), who scored off a free kick from Whitney Weaver (Spokane, WA) in the third minute and again in the 12th. She returned the favor to Weaver in the 31st for a three goal lead at half. Rylee Rassier (Spokane, WA) made it four in the 62nd before Sophia Keenan finally put the hosts on the board in the 78th.

UC San Diego 1-1 Hawaii Pacific :: Maia Angell (Spokane, WA) played all but six minutes in defense for the Sharks as they earned a 1-1 draw against second-ranked UCSD.

Wednesday, September 5

Eastern Oregon 2-1 Sierra Nevada :: Kaitlyn McLeod scored with less than a minute left on the clock to give the Mountaineers the lead. The hosts would pull even at the hour mark but Taylor Boyer put EOU back in front seven minutes later.

Southern Virginia 5-1 Marymount :: Alli Rigby (Rexburg, ID) scored the second goal in the ninth minute as SVU held that margin into the second half.

Thursday, September 6

Metro State 1-1 Central Washington :: Three minutes after falling behind the Wildcats pulled even in the 18th minute when Madison Bradley stole the ball just outside the box and fired it past the keeper. From there the defense and keeper Emily Thompson kept the Roadrunners off the board to register the draw against the seventh-ranked team in the nation.

Hope International 3-4 Eastern Oregon :: Mackinley Gregus scored in the 21st and Morgan Farrington (Meridian, ID) made it a two goal lead 10 minutes later. Sarah Lynch pushed it to three in the 66th before HIU made things interesting with two goals to pull within one in the 67th. Camie Edgington became the fourth Mountaineer goal scorer in the 70th, providing what proved to be the winner.

Northwest Nazarene 2-1 Northern State :: Madi Taylor (Lewiston, ID / Treasure Valley CC) scored the opening goal off a Chandler Kauffman corner 11 minutes into the contest and 14 minutes after the hosts tied it up scored she added a second tally for the victory.

Utah Valley 1-2 Portland :: After giving up the opener in the second minute after the break the Pilots rallied on a pair of assists from Larkin Russell (Spokane, WA) on goals in the 69th and 82nd.

Nebraska Kearney 2-1 MSU Billings :: Amanda Hemmen finished off a ball from Alexa Iacolucci six minutes into the match, but the opposition got a pair of goals in a two minute span at the hour mark to grab the win.

Black Hills State 3-5 Mary :: Caylin Cathey (Billings, MT) scored the opening goal and set up their fifth as they held on for the victory.

Friday, September 7


Idaho 0-3 Washington State :: The border battle was a one-sided affair this time around as the 17th-ranked Cougars took care of business. Maegan O'Neill (Spokane, WA) put them up on the Vandals in the 38th minute off a Maddy Haro corner. In the second half Morgan Weaver pushed the lead to two with 20 minutes remaining with Hailey Smith making it three just six minutes later.


Cal Poly 1-2 (OT) Gonzaga :: The Lady Zags didn't disappoint as the second match of the doubleheader, rallying for the win. Maddie Cooley and Gabriela Maas combined to set up India Jencks in the 67th minute to tie things up. Despite outshooting the visitors 30-14 through regulation the match dragged into overtime where Madeline Gotta hit a wonder strike, sending a laser from about 25 yards into the upper corner for the win in the third minute.

Montana 0-0 Wyoming :: The Griz played Wyoming to a scoreless draw for the third time in the last five meetings. Claire Howard made four saves for Montana in the draw.

Eastern Washington 2-0 Colorado State :: Brittany Delridge scored in the 22nd minute off a rebound and Brooke Dunbar finished a ball from Bailee Nelson with four minutes left to lock up the result. Kelsee Winston finished with five saves for the shutout.

Boise State 0-2 Arizona :: A goal late in each half halted the three-game win streak the Broncos were on.

Men's Scores & Notes

Tuesday, September 4

MSU Billings 1-2 CSU San Marcos :: Dana Kowachek (Missoula, MT) scored the opening goal for the Yellowjackets in the 27th minute, but the one goal advantage was not enough as the hosts scored twice in the final 14 minutes to win.

Thursday, September 6

Northwest Nazarene 1-1 Fort Lewis :: Alex Mitrovic converted a penalty with less than a minute left in the first half and the Nighthawks settled for the draw against a Skyhawks squad playing with 10 since the 21st.

Friday, September 7

Colorado Christian 0-6 MSU Billings :: Ricardo Palomino scored four minutes in and made it a brace in the 20th to give the Yellowjackets early control. Four different scorers went on to push the final tally to six with Luca Battistotti and Ignacio Crespo netting in the first half and Andres Perez and Austin Shafer in the second. Ludvig Rhodin only needed to make one save as the defense allowed just two shots.


Walla Walla U 1-5 Whitworth :: Christian Haas (Lewiston, ID) and Daniel Alvarez got things going quickly with goals in the seventh and 13th minutes. Drew Williams (Spokane, WA) then scored twice in less a minute, going on a breakaway off a Blake Miller throw and finishing off a through ball from Azzam Azzam in the 35th. Carlos Cantu put the Wolves on the board in the 43rd with Drew Wilson rounding out the Pirate scoring in the second half.

UC Davis 3-0 Gonzaga :: The 17th-ranked side was too much for the Bulldogs. They tacked on an early goal in the second half for insurance and made it three with just a few minutes left to cap the victory.


Brooklyn 0-5 Pacific Lutheran :: Chris Trussell (Wenatchee, WA) set up the first goal, and Jackson Moore (Spokane, WA) and Ben Blakely (Spokane, WA) each scored as the Lutes rolled to the 5-0 victory against the New Yorkers.

Concordia 0-3 Humboldt State :: Freshman Devin Hauenstein (Spokane, WA) set up the second goal for the Jacks in the victory with Bryan Hernandez (Spokane Shadow FT) making nine saves in the shutout.
