In the lone game of the day in the NEA due to cancellations - thankfully the most-anticipated - the showdown of two of the league's powers finished with little doubt as to who the frontrunner is for the league with Deer Park now boasting victories over both Freeman and Lakeside.
In the GSL 2A action Thursday the results were rather one-sided. Clarkston topped East Valley to remain unbeaten with West Valley whilst Pullman registered its first victory.

A throw-in just two minutes into the contest set the tone as Livvy Moore took it, spun and fired before you could blink to give the Lady Stags the advantage. She went on to dominate the contest all over the pitch the rest of the way, finishing with four goals. Makayla Werner tallied from a free kick for the Scotties, but less than a minute later Moore responded with an absolute lazer that ripped through the Freeman keeper's outstretched hands beneath the bar.
