It was Labor Day weekend, but it was no holiday for a handful of high school programs that got in their first bit of preseason non-league action - aside from Wednesday's jamborees. There were six games on Friday and a few more on Saturday with a mixture of match-ups that ranged from league foes to sides from north Idaho, central Washington and local lower league teams.

Despite outshooting Eisenhower 23-11, the Titans came away with a tie in their first non-league game. An early penalty had the visitors on front from the get-go and another early strike in the second half by a pair of sisters made the hill to climb steeper. In the 59th minute sophomore Isabella Longo finished a cross from freshman forward Cameron Roberts. With just five minutes left in the game Titan midfielder McKinley Ullman was taken down in the box on a breakaway and the Titans were awarded a penalty kick. Junior midfielder Shelby Hubble converted the PK to tie the game.

Faith Shaw led the visitors with 3 assists.
