INW College Recap - Week 7: Spokane, Walla Walla pull away in NWAACC East, square off Wednesday

As things transition to play within the East Division now that crossover competition with the North has concluded, one thing has become abundantly clear: Walla Walla and Spokane - who meet in Spokane Wednesday - are clearly the top two sides in both the men's and women's leagues. On the men's side the Warriors are unbeaten (5-0-2) and Spokane is not far behind with one loss (4-1-1); while on the women's side both are unbeaten with Walla Walla (7-0-1) leading Spokane (5-0-3)

The remaining teams in the division for both genders all have losing records thus far; and on the women's side third-place Columbia Basin (2-4-2) is the only other team with a win as the three others are a combined 0-20-4.
