Lower Division Five Stars: Week Twenty-Eight

Diomar Diaz - New York Cosmos (2)
Set up the opening goal eight minutes in and doubled the advantage in the 53rd as they blanked Carolina 4-0.

Peter Luccin - FC Dallas Reserves
Scored the opening tally in the 23rd minute and helped set up the second goal in the 75th of a 2-0 win over Chicago.

Ruben Luna - Atlanta Silverbacks
After being denied by a goal-line clearance earlier, he headed in the opening goal in the 42nd minute as they downed Minnesota 3-1.

Lucky Mkosana - Tampa Bay Rowdies (3)
Made a run behind the defense and after collecting a pass beat the keeper to finish into the open net for the opening goal in a 2-1 win over Fort Lauderdale.

Javier Saavedra (San Antonio Scorpions) 
Forced a turnover and delivered the cross that Tomasz Zahorski finished for the 1-0 victory over Edmonton.
