In eastern Washington, the Whitworth women and the Whitman men had great weeks in the Northwest Conference. The Whitworth ladies posted a pair of wins to move back atop the table following Pacific Lutheran's loss midweek. On the men's side Whitman earned a draw against second-place Pacific Lutheran on Saturday and edged Puget Sound Sunday to move into the top half of the table.
The Northwest Nazarene women clinched a spot in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference's tournament with a narrow win over last-place Central Washington while on the men's side all six contests were decided by one goal, including two in overtime. MSU-Billings and Northwest Nazarene came up short in their first outings of the weekend, but rebounded with wins in their second.

10/19 MSU-Billings 4-1 Saint Martin's
The Yellowjackets led by three before the break with Amanda Grimshaw scoring in the 27th and Jessica Spang (Billings, MT) in the 39th before an own goal made it three in the 41st. The hosts got on the board with a shot that deflected off the keeper in the 73rd. Alexa Iacolucci, who set up the opener, placed a perfect free kick from about 35 yards over the keeper in the 84th.
10/19 Northwest Nazarene 1-0 Central Washington
Daniele Ortiz made six saves for the Nighthawks in the victory and Emily Holt made four for the Wildcats, who were unable to find their first win because of an own goal in the 41st minute.
10/19 Western Washington 1-0 Seattle Pacific
With nine minutes remaining a corner from Malia Maack (Spokane, WA) created the game-winning tally.
10/19 Western Oregon 0-3 Concordia
Michaela Prothe (Spokane, WA) set up the final goal in the last minute for the Cavaliers.
10/21 MSU-Billings 0-3 Seattle Pacific
The Yellowjackets fell behind in the 10th and kept things close until the hosts scored in the 70th and wrapped things up with another in the 86th.

The Nighthawks were minutes away from a draw in Seattle when the hosts found the golden goal in the 107th minute.
10/19 MSU-Billings 2-3 Concordia
The hosts got on the board in the 24th and Eli Williams (Spokane, WA) tied it up less than two minutes into the second half with a header off a cross from Luca Battistotti. The Yellowjackets jumped in front in the 78th minute, but the Cavaliers answered quickly a minute later and snagged the win in the 85th.

Sebastian Navarro (Yakima, WA) set up the initial equalizer and later the game-winner for the Saints.
10/21 Northwest Nazarene 3-2 OT Concordia
In a back-and-forth affair, the Nighthawks claimed the victory on a 99th minute free kick from Edwin Quiroz that was nodded home by Jose Labinino-Ramos. Daniel Brendel put them in front initially in the 24th minute off a cross only to see the Cavaliers answer three minutes later. Skyler Munroe put them back in front off a through ball in the 75th but a Cavs goal in the 87th sent things to extra time.
10/21 MSU-Billings 2-1 Seattle Pacific
The Yellowjackets bounced back from the loss in the previous contest, but had to overcome a deficit off a 18th minute SPU goal. Guillaume Kremer evened matters off a free kick from about 18 yards in the 38th minute. They tallied the winner in the 67th when Niklas Schregel finished a low cross from Victor Sanchez.

The Pirates grabbed the lead at the 20-minute mark when Leah Corra finished a McKenzie Hemp (Kalispell, MT) cross from about 12 yards. Michele Whan added some insurance in the 61st from about eight yards out. Molly Webster (CC Spokane) made three saves for the shutout as Whitworth moved back atop the table.
10/21 Pacific 1-5 Whitman
Jordan O'Roy scored the lone goal of the first half in the 32nd minute, but the Blues broke things open with back-to-back goals in the 52nd minute. Sophie Brussell tallied on the first on an assist from Sofia Ellington (Bend, OR) and Jessie Mano hit for the second just 17 seconds later. The Boxers tallied in the 60th before Eliza Van Wetter scored in the 70th and Chelsea Day wrapped things up in the 89th.

Lura Morton (Moscow, ID) scored the opening goal in the 15th and the third goal int he 48th for the Loggers.
10/22 Pacific 1-5 Whitworth
Katie Bischoff (Spokane, WA) converted a penalty in the 16th minute and got things rolling in the second half for the Pirates when she fed Michele Whan for the second on a nice 20-yard effort in the 57th. Leah Corra scored her second of the weekend at the hour mark and Coby Yoshimura scored in the 74th. The Bruins grabbed the lead right before the break and held the advantage until Dani Espinoza brought things back level in the 78th. It looked like the two were headed to overtime when a penalty in the 89th gave the Bruins the victory.

A shot from Eric Espinoza in the 34th was not held onto by the UPS keeper, allowing Daniel Alvarez to finish for the victory with Jesus Nunez making four stops for the shutout.
10/21 Pacific Lutheran 2-2 Whitman
In a back-and-forth affair, the Blues grabbed the lead twice, but had to settle for a draw against one of the title contenders. Noah Cavanaugh opened the scoring with a penalty in the sixth minute, but a pk at the other end tied things back up in the 32nd. Cavanaugh helped reclaim the lead 50 seconds into the second half with an assist on Jacob Fritz' (Bend, OR) go-ahead goal. The Lutes, however, tied things back up in the 56th and things remained deadlocked from there despite the Blues holding a 16-11 advantage in shots through the second half and overtime.

Stephanie Wilson (Kalispell, MT) set up the opening goal for the Eagles and Katie Michkiosky's (Wenatchee, WA) shot was saved and put away by a teammate in the 59th.

The Geoducks held a two goal lead after just 13 minutes before Jose Mena got the Saints on the board in the 23rd off a through ball. The visitors, though, restored the lead before the intermission and the two sides were scoreless in the second half despite Carroll outshooting the visitors 9-3 in the half and 22-8 for the game.
