East Valley posted a pair of wins last week to keep their pace as a GNL title contender going, blanking Clarkson and downing rival West Valley in a back-and-forth affair in which her performance helped the Knights pull away from the Eagles for a decisive victory.

D - Rylie Clark (Kamiakin, Sr) :: Helped lead a defensive performance that blanked high-scoring Chiawana attack for the first time this season for a 1-0 victory to remain the lone unbeaten. The Braves also shutout Pasco 6-0.
M - Chelsea Le (Gonzaga Prep, Jr) :: Set up the first equalizer with eight minutes left in and then converted a penalty that sent the match to overtime against LC in a 3-2 road win. She also scored the opening goal in a 2-0 road win versus North Central.
M - Michael Pitts (Central Valley, Jr) :: Scored equalizer and set up go-ahead goal as the Bears rallied to defeat Ferris 4-1.
F/M - Peyton Santos (Southridge, Sr) :: Scored three goals and set up the other one in the Suns' 4-0 victory at Pasco.
F - Maggie Ames (Central Valley, Sr) :: Set up the equalizer two minutes after Ferris scored en route to a 4-1 win over the Saxons and tallied a hat-trick in their 6-0 road win versus Shadle.
F - Taryn Baxter (East Valley, Sr) :: Tallied a goal and assist for a 2-0 win at Clarkston and then added another goal and assist for the Knights in a back-and-forth 6-3 win against rival West Valley.
F - Maci Clausen (Riverside, Fr) :: Scored what proved to be the game-winner for the Rams in a 5-1 win against Medical Lake and then went on to tally the 2-1 winner at Newport in the final minute of overtime.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK :: F - Kaitlin Harvey (East Valley, Jr) :: Scored the second goal for the Knights in a 2-0 win at Clarkston and then tallied two goals and an assist to guide them past rival West Valley 6-3 in a back-and-forth contest.
F - Margo Schoesler (Mead, Jr) :: Set up the opening goal and in the second half scored the game-winner for the Panthers in a 2-1 win against Lewis & Clark.
F - Jessie Thomas (Deer Park, Sr) :: Goal and assist in a 2-1 victory at Freeman to remain atop the NEA as the lone unbeaten.
F - Keren Torres (Colville, Sr) :: Scored three goals in a 6-0 win at Medical Lake.
